Our two rooms serve different needs: the Infrared Booth is great for respiratory and muscle issues, while the NutraTherapy Lounge is perfect for stress relief, energy, and quick recovery.

  • No, you do not have to undress completely. Your comfort is always the priority. Most clients undress to their level of comfort, and proper draping techniques are used at all times to ensure privacy and professionalism throughout the massage session.

  • Infrared Booth: 10, 20, or 30 minutes depending on your choice. NutraTherapy Lounge: always 15 minutes.

  • Generally yes, but talk to your doctor first if you have serious respiratory or heart conditions. Salt therapy is natural and non-invasive. Infrared heat may not be suitable for certain conditions like pregnancy or uncontrolled high blood pressure. Our staff will ask about your health before you book.

  • Most people feel relaxed and breathe easier. A few may notice a mild dry throat or slight cough after the first session, which is normal as salt clears mucus. Drinking water afterward helps.

  • Comfortable clothes. For the Infrared Booth, wear light layers because it gets warm. You can bring or borrow a smock. For the NutraTherapy Lounge, anything comfortable works – you just sit and breathe.

  • Yes, for the Infrared Booth (salt only or combo) children over age 6 are welcome with an adult. The NutraTherapy Lounge is designed for ages 12 and up due to the handheld device. Contact us if you have questions about younger children.
