Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments may be scheduled online through our booking system. Clients are encouraged to provide accurate contact information to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and important scheduling updates.

Appointment Communications

Bryan Bodyworks staff may communicate with clients through Acuity Scheduling regarding appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling changes, and other service-related information.

By agreeing to receive appointment communications, you authorize Bryan Bodyworks and its authorized staff to contact you regarding your scheduled services using your selected communication methods.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change and unexpected circumstances arise.

Bryan Bodyworks requests at least 8 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 8 hours before the scheduled appointment time will not incur a cancellation fee.

We will contact you when you are a no show or ask our waiting list if they want your appointment if you cancel within the 8 hour policy. Cancellation fee for non 8 hour window is 50% of the booked appointment that was scheduled. Please contact us asap @ 979.355.6140 and leave a message or email us at bryanbodywork@gmail.com

Refund Policy

All completed services are nonrefundable.

Once a massage, facial, salt therapy session, or other scheduled service has been performed, no refunds will be issued for that completed service.

If you have a concern about your experience, please contact Bryan Bodyworks so we have an opportunity to address it.

Gift Certificates

Bryan Bodyworks gift certificates are intended for the redemption of eligible services.

Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, except where required by applicable law.

Gift certificates and prepaid services are subject to applicable Texas and federal consumer protection laws. Any expiration dates, promotional limitations, or other restrictions will be disclosed at the time of purchase where permitted by law.

If we have a sale - there will be a time limit expiration on that sale. It will be posted at time of service.

Gift Certificates/packages are redeemable for the services they are purchased for. If you need to trade the service please contact us so we can accomadate you on the redeemable amount for the traded service. (ie: facial service- you might want a massage- we can honor gift certificate money value twards that service)

Client Information and Privacy

Bryan Bodyworks respects your privacy and does not sell client personal information.
